1. Returns Eligibility

  • Return within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Not on the list of non-returnable items
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Return Process

Contact us at returns@thepickora.com with your order number, reason, and photos if applicable. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless due to defect or error.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
